Hen and Stag parties with Canoe Trail are customised to your specific plans. From simple half-day paddles to multiday activities, we provide a wide range of options to make it the perfect celebration.

Canoe Trail, based in Bedfordshire, has provided a large number of stag and hen parties over the past few years usually centered around our woodland campsite and a range of outdoor activities. These have included team games, paddling journeys by canoe and kayak, low ropes courses, through to zorbing hen party and rafting.

Hen and Stag do’s are an important part of any wedding plans. We are able to provide a unique and alternative experience to drinking your weight in alcohol and losing a few days of your life in a drunken haze. Most of our parties opt for a woodland camping experience coupled with a canoe journey, a little liquid refreshment, and plenty of campfire food. We can provide a variety of options including;

• Paddling. Just choose how long you want to paddle for. Why not adopt fancy dress policy to make for some amusing pictures.
• Activities. Our range of activities allows you to mix and match activities for an adventure paddling journey, fun, and games.
• Guides & Instructors. Explore under your own steam or opt for a guide to share part or all of the journey with you.
• Go, Free Range. We can provide yummy food options with free-range meat and goodies supplied from our local farm shop.

WOODLAND RIVERSIDE CAMPING

Matchstick Wood provides a truly memorable experience for hen or stag do camping. Most parties opt for a night in our woodland campsite as part of their adventure. You can canoe and kayak into our idyllic woodland. We can also provide options for local accommodation including the lodges at Clophill Heritage Trust and other unique settings. Just let us know and we will sort it. We have a broad range of equipment such as industrial-sized campfire grills and dutch ovens. Tents including our popular tepees which accommodate 8-10 people in a traditional wigwam style tent. For an additional charge, you can opt to have your tents erected and kit delivered.
