From Monday 14 September, new government guidelines state that when meeting friends and family you do not live with you must not meet in a group of more than 6, indoors or outdoors.

Recreational and independent paddlers can paddle alone, or with up to 5 other people from outside your household. Up to two households in groups of more than 6 people will no longer be permitted.

Organised club, centre or provider activity can continue to be delivered in groups of no more than 6 members/customers. Clubs, centres and providers may have several groups of 6 operating as long as each group operates wholly separate from each other.

Canoe Trail has put in place a plan and COVID-19 risk assessments to reduce the risk of transmission through the use of any areas of the facility or shared equipment. Paddlers must practice social distancing at all times and maintain a distance apart of at least 2 metres. This means a distance of 2 metres between people from different households, or 1 metre plus mitigations (such as face coverings or avoiding face-to-face contact) where 2 metres is not possible.

  • Our briefings will be given to small groups (max 6 people) and this may cause slight delays in getting you on the water, please be patient.
  • Strict cleaning regimes are in place using antibacterial sprays and detergents.
  • You must maintain social distancing of 2m and wash your hands for 20 second or hand sanitize as frequently as possible.
  • You are reminded to avoid traveling with people outside your household in the same car and to remain locally wherever possible.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Mauris a rutrum arcu. Donec ut lobortis ante, non imperdiet est. Praesent vulputate at enim sit amet mattis.

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages

The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy...
