Voucher Terms

• Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Voucher codes can be used during our season, which runs annually from April - October.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for a single transaction only.
• Vouchers can be redeemed online only.
• Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of an activity. If the activity cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full at the point of booking.
