The book covers Ash and Rich's favourite rivers, lakes and coastal paddling trips from short bimble style paddle trips to multi day paddling trips such as the Great Glen Canoe Trail, The River Tweed as well as Norfolk Broads, The River Thames, Stour, Trent and Nene as well as Canoe Trail's local River Great Ouse.
