Canoe Trail also owns Orchard End Farm with stunning rural fields and paddocks and a 500-tree orchard. Set in North Bedfordshire it offers the perfect location as one of our Duke of Edinburgh Campsites. The farm is surrounded by stunning walks and tracks leading walking routes back across to our other campsites at Matchstick Wood and Kempston Outdoor Centre. Facilities at the farm include water in paddocks, dedicated long drop toilets, shire horses and farm animals, and beautiful hedges rows to get close to nature.

The locations of our campsites are 7-8 miles or longer depending on the route making them perfect to link for Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award schemes or for school adventure camps.

Just returned from a week in Scotland with Canoe Trail. It was one of the best organised trips I have done. The team were awesome, great instruction with loads of patience for those new to paddling.
