Canoe Trail is a multi award-winning family run business that has featured at national shows, in newspapers, magazines and on TV over the years. Founded by seasoned adventurers Rich and Ash we run expeds and trips, D of E, tourism trips and hire and much more. We are looking for seasonal, part-time, and full-time instructors for the 2024 seasonm to join the team. We want instructors to help with our tourism activities in canoe, kayak, and SUP, for our Duke of Edinburgh programmes, Adventure School as well as coaching sessions for our customers.

- Full Time/Part Time seasonal positions (flexible roatas that include weekends and some evenings)
- Freelance staff also considered
- Season from April to October
- Training, qualifications and trip opportunities can be provided
- Level 3 and Level 5 Apprenticeships available for those joining the industry
- Salary £18,000 to £24000 PA. pro-rata depending on experience and qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic, hard-working instructors to join our fun and diverse team.
- Preferable that you hold some national governing body qualifications in Watersports activities such as PSI, touring leader, canoe leader, core coach
- Any other qualifications such as Mountain Leader, SPA, Archery, or similar is a bonus.
- Experienced instructors with 10 year
- Candidates should have a proven track record in the outdoors with relevant experience in paddling, hiking, and expeditions or bushcraft activities.
- You will need to have a full driving license and ideally be able to tow canoe trailers (or happy to learn)
