Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Course

First and foremost we hope that everyone enjoyed the SUP Race and Watersports Arena Action. It is not often you get to compete in front of thousands of cheering people.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the fastest-growing watersports in the world. It is truly accessible and easy to pick up within 5 minutes. Like most paddle sports then it takes a little longer to master. The Canoe Trail SUP Yoga course combines the core stability and relaxed aspects of SUP's with the health and well-being benefits of Yoga.  Focused on strength, breathing and flexibility Yoga provides great benefits to participants from novices to regular attendees.

The SUP Yoga course is hosted on the River Great Ouse providing a great backdrop in the great outdoors to centering your mind and body. Simply watching the Yoga demos has been extremely relaxing. Book onto one of courses with Canoe Trail and 'Bendy Witch' Yoga Instructor and begin your journey to a more relaxed place.

No experience necessary. Limited capacity 12 so book early to avoid disappointment.

Just returned from a week in Scotland with Canoe Trail. It was one of the best organised trips I have done. The team were awesome, great instruction with loads of patience for those new to paddling.
