What do we need to bring?
Kempston Outdoor Centre has changing rooms and toilets. Bring appropriate clothing, a towel, and a change of clothes (just in case!) and we’ll take care of the rest.
What age is it for?
Perfect for all ages. Children are very welcome (youngest age 5) but will need to be accompanied by an adult. No paddling experience is needed and all kit is provided.
