This SUP Course gives participants the opportunity to learn about the fastest growing watersport in the UK and the world. Over four weeks make friends, get fit and master the Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP).

Bring comfortable clothing such as gym wear, shorts, a t-shirt or wetsuit, along with a pair of water shoes, or old trainers. Bring a towel and a change of clothes. No special equipment or clothing is required.
Session Details
Work with our qualified and experienced coaches in a fun environment to learn to paddleboard, meet new people, and relax after a long day.!
This course runs monthly over four evenings on a peaceful stretch of the River Great Ouse. It will include a river journey to explore other parts of Bedfordshire’s rural countryside as well as games including paddleboard Jenga, jousting, race, or learning to jump 360!
