Friday 19th May 2023 Meet at Rushbanks Farm campsite, early evening (6pm)
Saturday 20th May 2023 Shuttle upstream and paddle back to the campsite on the Stour
Sunday 21st May 2023 Paddle further down the Stour exploring

Escape the rush and enjoy a weekend paddle along the River Stour, Suffolk. Choose from our range of canoes and kayaks to enjoy this tranquil waterway passing Constable’s Flatfood Mill whilst meandering towards the coastal estuary.
Spend your night in a riverside campsite enjoying free-range food and sharing stories with your fellow paddlers.
Our qualified and experienced coaches will provide plenty of tips to improve your paddling skills and aim to ensure you share their love of all things outdoors.
